Add solution to ex03 (without Makefile)

A class that holds a reference cannot abide to orthodox canonical form
as the reference has to be assigned something non-temporary (which
cannot be created inside constructor except for on heap).

Add solution to ex02 (wihout Makefile)

Add solution to ex01 without Makefile

Add default constructor for Zombie in ex00

This is done to comply with the orthodox canonical form as a practice
(and because it is needed in ex01 for "new[] Zombie").

Add solution to ex00 (except the Makefile)

The Makefile will be added later, because I'm too lazy to write it
again, when there is a one for the CPP Module 00 already. It is just on
another PC, from which I had not pushed yet.
