Add textwidth, spellcheck and latex plugin

The standard text width is 80 chars now.
The spellcheck is turned on for git commits and got tex documents.
The latex plugin is called LaTeX-suite.
I probably should have split this into multiple commits but I did it all
at once and it is only a couple of lines.

Add a skeleton file for a C++ class

Also add a function to .vimrc that invokes it and names it
appropriately.

Add a tmux config

I don't know if or how much I'm going to use tmux I've created this
so I will add it here.

Add .vimrc

This repository may not become very useful but I want the vimrc file and
this seems reasonable.
